Most places brew tea in batches, and it sits losing flavour for hours. We extract every shot to order on a teapresso machine — the same idea as coffee, applied to tea.

Leaves from China, matcha from Japan
We went and found them ourselves. Dozens of lots tasted in China before we picked the leaf, and a trip to Japan for ceremonial-grade matcha with the smoothest flavour.
Coffee we build with the farm
Our beans come from a Bali farm we work with directly. We visit it, choose the beans, and had a roasting profile developed for Buba Tea alone.
Purées made this morning
Every fruit purée is ours, made from fresh fruit with no preservatives. We prepare them each morning, so what you taste is fruit and not syrup.
Even the ice is ours
Ice changes a cold drink more than people expect. We freeze our own from distilled water, fresh daily, so nothing muddies the taste as it melts.

Instead of brewing a big batch of tea and keeping it in a dispenser, we extract a concentrated tea shot to order on a teapresso machine, then build the drink around it. Nothing stands for hours, so the tea tastes the way it should.
