Who we are

This website is run by PT BUBA GLOBAL VENTURE, based in Bali, Indonesia. You can reach us at bubateaglobal@gmail.com.

What we collect

The website itself does not ask you to create an account. When you use the catering form, the details you enter are put into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send — we only receive them once you press send in WhatsApp. We also collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, how you arrived) through Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Cookies and similar tools

We use cookies for two things: measuring how the site is used, and measuring which ads bring people to us. You can accept or decline these when you first visit, and change your mind at any time using the link in the footer. Declining does not limit anything on the site.

Advertising

We advertise through Google Ads. If you agree to advertising cookies, Google may show you our ads on other sites and tell us, in aggregate, how the campaign performed. We never receive your name or contact details this way.

How long we keep things

Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. WhatsApp conversations about catering are kept while we are arranging your event and for our accounting records afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to cookies. Write to bubateaglobal@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
